These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bridge, the data pipeline and scheduling platform operated by DataLaxe ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Bridge. If you are using Bridge on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@datalaxe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to use Bridge to:
You retain full ownership of your data and any records you sync through Bridge. By using Bridge, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than operating Bridge. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and transfer any data you process through Bridge, including compliance with data protection laws applicable to your use case.
Bridge is offered on a subscription basis. Plan details, pricing, and included limits are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, the Service will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel. No charge is made during the trial period.
Bridge and all associated software, trademarks, and content are owned by DataLaxe. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
We aim to keep Bridge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataLaxe's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Admin Console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access to the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
